
Site assessment : Bmini.be
Concerning this assignment, we had to choose a website from our own country and evaluate the eight features of this website. For my part, I decided to evaluate "Bmini.be" which is a website with special design stuffs for kids.

Ubiquity : "Bmini.be" is available everywhere and whenever you want. You can access the website from your tablets, desktop, smartphones... "Bmini.be" is also available in others countries. If you are abroad and you want to order something, it is totally possible.

Global rich : The total number of users is related to the size of the world's online population. But it is not realistic. So it would be the part of the world's online population who have kids and also good revenues to afford to buy the prodcuts of "Bmini.be". Their products are quite expensive and it is not affordable for everyone.

Universal standards : Every parents who have kids needs basic products, toys for their kids. This is a universal standards around the world.

Richness : It quite easy for "Bmini.be" to deliver a message and information to customers.

Interactivity : They are very active in different social media platforms. You can find them on Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Tumblr. It is very important to interact with your customers. By this way, it is easy for your company to improve your different services and maintain your brand image. There is also a link where customers can register to get some newsletter and if they have a question about a product etc, they can contact easily the company.

Personalization/Customization : In "Bmini.be", you will first see products which match with what you bought in your past purchases. They will send to a specific customers ads about what he need most or suggest product that he may also like.

The website implement well the "social technology" and "personalization/customization" features because there are using more than 4 social networks and they are very good to advice products to a specific customers. I think that they can improve the "richness" feature by introducing the company in the home page and to define exactly what they are doing, the history of the company...
